What You Can Do with This Integration

Prerequisites
A HubSpot account
A FullSession account
Admin access to both FullSession and HubSpot
How to Install
Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations page
Log in to your FullSession account and go to Settings → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Install
Locate HubSpot in the list of available integrations and click Install.
Step 3: Select your site and connect
Choose the domain (site) you want to integrate with HubSpot, then click Connect with HubSpot.
Step 4: Authorize your HubSpot account
You will be redirected to HubSpot to choose the account to integrate with.
If you already have a HubSpot account, sign in and select it from the list
If you don't have one yet, click Connect to a new HubSpot account
Step 5: Confirm the connection
You'll be redirected back to FullSession's integrations page, confirming that HubSpot is now connected. Session data will start flowing to HubSpot immediately.
What Happens After Integration
Once configured, FullSession will automatically:
Create a HubSpot contact for every identified visitor on your site
Log each recorded session as an activity on that contact's timeline in HubSpot
This gives your sales and marketing teams a complete behavioral picture alongside their existing CRM data.
Important Note
To ensure visitors are correctly matched as HubSpot contacts, FullSession must be able to identify the visitor by email. Make sure you are identifying users via the FullSession SDK so that sessions can be properly linked to HubSpot contacts.
